Build the psychological infrastructure you need to follow-through and grow a successful business.

Psychology-informed coaching and consulting for women in business to strengthen resilience, follow-through, and the inner capacity behind real business growth.

Coaching & Consulting for High-Achieving Female Founders

You’re not new to hard work.

You’ve built a business, you have clients, people trust you, and you know your field.

And yet, when it comes to growing the business — creating the next offer, showing up consistently, building something more scalable — things can start to feel strangely difficult. Not because you don’t know what to do, but because you keep getting pulled into these almost inexplicable start-and-stop cycles: you make a plan, you begin with real intention, and then somehow life fills the space, confidence wobbles, time disappears, and momentum quietly stalls.

The most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even make sense on paper. You’re capable, experienced, and deeply committed, so why does follow-through feel so hard?

That gap is exactly where I work.

Because sustainable business growth isn’t just about strategy or knowing the next step — it’s about building the psychological capacity to stay with the process, especially when it feels uncomfortable, imperfect, or slower than you’d like.

What I mean by "psychological infrastructure"

When I talk about psychological infrastructure, I’m talking about the inner foundations that make consistent growth possible: resilience when things don’t go to plan, self-regulation when motivation dips, confidence that doesn’t depend on perfection, and the ability to keep moving even when the work feels messy or uncertain.

These are learnable skills, and they matter just as much as business strategy — because without them, even the best plans tend to stall.

Why it matters?

When psychological infrastructure is missing, the cost isn’t just a few unfinished projects or a slightly messy to-do list. It shows up in very real ways: the offer you don’t launch, the visibility you keep postponing, the consistent marketing that never quite becomes consistent, the next step that always gets pushed into “later.” Months pass, sometimes years, and you’re still circling the same growth edge — not because you aren’t capable, but because something keeps interrupting follow-through.

And over time, it becomes more than a business problem. It starts to affect how you feel inside your own work. The constant stopping and starting chips away at confidence, creates quiet frustration, and leaves you carrying the sense that you should be further along by now. You begin to question yourself, even though you know you have the skills, the experience, and the ambition.

This is why psychological infrastructure matters.

Not as a nice-to-have, but as the foundation that allows your business growth to become steady, sustainable, and real.

About Monika

Hi, I’m Monika Kajtar — a positive psychology focused business coach and consultant with a background in applied positive psychology, Learning & Development and course design.

For over a decade, I worked in corporate L&D and programme development, helping people learn, implement change, and build real capability over time. Today, I bring that same evidence-based, practical approach into the world of entrepreneurship, supporting women business owners who want to grow sustainably — not just strategically, but psychologically.

I’m currently completing a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, and my work integrates research-backed tools around resilience, hope, self-regulation, strengths, and behavioural follow-through.

My focus is simple: helping high-achieving women build the inner infrastructure that allows their business growth to become consistent, grounded, and sustainable.

And this work is personal, too. I know what it feels like to be ambitious and capable, yet still find yourself stuck in cycles of overthinking, stopping and starting, or feeling like progress should be easier than it is. That lived experience is part of why I care so deeply about creating approaches that actually support follow-through in real life — not just in theory.

Ways We Can Work Together:

There are two ways to build your psychological infrastructure with me, depending on the level of support and structure you’re looking for.
